Understanding The Risks

Every Investment Carries Risk.
Here's How We Think About It.

01
Property underperformance
Mitigated by a day-one cash flow requirement and diversified rent rolls.
02
Tenant default
Mitigated by corporate lease guarantees and multi-tenant diversification.
03
Interest rate environment
Mitigated by a focus on in-place cash flow, rather than appreciation.
04
Liquidity
The twelve-month withdrawal notice period allows for orderly capital management.
05
Newly formed fund
The Manager and team bring years of prior real estate execution to every acquisition.
An investment in Outer Light Fund, LLC Notes is speculative and involves substantial risk, including possible loss of principal. Full risk factors are disclosed in the Private Placement Memorandum.
