Robert “Bob” Dubowsky
Fund Manager
Bob is a serial entrepreneur who’s backround includes 14 years in construction and 4 years as a real estate agent. He owned and operated an aerospace and Department of Defense manufacturing company for thirteen years, growing it from a $250,000 shop to $1.3 million in annual revenue. Ten years ago he began JV'ing fix-and-flips with his son, and today is the property manager for his son's buildings. He personally vets every deal considered by the Fund.
Mark Dubowsky
Acquisitions
Eighteen years in construction, including three years of project management, after six years owning a landscaping and asphalt maintenance company. Ten years of overlapping experience as a real estate investor; he currently owns multiple rental properties.
